Questions

Good to know

How much is a session?

Sessions are £80 for fifty minutes, in person or online. The fee is the same whichever therapist you choose.

How do I choose the right therapist?

The thing that matters most is whether you can be honest with the person sitting opposite you. Read the three profiles and go with whoever you find yourself drawn to. Qualifications matter, and they are set out in full, but the relationship is also important.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. What you bring stays between you and your therapist. There are a small number of legal and professional limits to that, and your therapist will explain them at the outset.

How long are sessions, and how often?

Fifty minutes, usually once a week at the same time. A regular slot is part of how the work holds together, though your therapist may suggest something different if clinically appropriate.
